We're calling this one “Shamrocks & Dragons”, I know – that’s bonkers for St Georges, but it does allow you to recover from the official St Georges Day celebrations two days before! And this is a celebration of all things British – so very inclusive!  It is at the atmospheric Middle Temple Hall, where Shakespeare premiered Twelfth Night over 400 years ago. You will enjoy the Band of the Irish Guards at a regimental style occasion, with fine military marching, music and entertainment. 3 courses and drinks are all included for £200 a head. Tables are of 10, minimum booking is for 2 guests, so this is your chance to be the first to book your places.

When it comes to a special anniversary or birthday,  a trip on the UK Pullman or the Venice-Simplon Orient Express is a special occasion indeed.
